[Case Study of Two-Tier Stacking Packaging System Line] Confectionery Manufacturing Company
By using a single machine capable of "K-shaped" hanging without the need for multiple machines, space-saving line construction is achieved!
We would like to introduce a case study regarding the implementation of a two-tier packaging system line for a confectionery manufacturing company. The company had previously not performed banding work in-house and relied on external contractors, which led to interruptions in their workflow. By introducing new machinery, they are no longer affected by the schedules or efficiency of other companies, allowing them to complete the process internally and ship products in a continuous flow. [Case Overview] - Cardboard cases are stacked in two tiers using a stacking machine, and banding is performed in a "K" shape using a packaging machine. - Each cardboard case has a slightly bulging bottom, so a special holding device has been added to the machine to press down while banding is performed from above. *For more details, please refer to the related links or feel free to contact us.
